Showcase Your Pup’s Personality for Years to Come
WISCONSIN DOG PHOTOGRAPHER
Your dog is family.
More than “just” a pet.
Maybe your precious pup came into your life before you were married or had kids. They’ve never even known a time without him.
Perhaps your dogs entered your home when your kids were grown. It’s your grandkids who love to come over and play with your spunky and energetic furkids.
Or, perhaps your kids are dogs instead of children. Whether you’re going to the store or on a trip, your passenger seat is never empty.
However your furkids came to be your family, one thing is true:
Your dog’s been by your side through all of life’s ups and downs.
That’s really why you’re here. You want to display those treasured moments and memories in your home.
There’s just one problem …
Your phone camera can only do so much.
Even with your pup’s favorite squeaker in hand
Keeping their attention AND getting a glimpse of their personality in a frame-worthy picture is nearly impossible. (No matter how much you tirelessly beg, “Look! Right here!”)
Not to mention, you want to see that high-spirited, energetic, fun-loving, or even chill personality come to life in your pictures.
I get it!
Capturing the curiosity, shyness, boldness, and spunk (AKA whatever it is that makes your dog special) of your dog is my specialty.
Running, jumping, playing, dancing. I do it all in the name of creating keepsakes you’ll treasure.
You thought I was describing your dog, didn’t you? Well, that’s true too. You won’t catch me staging photos. Action and memorable moments are where it’s at.
Ready to get started?
Dogs ALWAYS have fun with me.
honest.
Never hired a dog photographer before? You’re in good company. For most clients, I’m the first dog photographer they’ve worked with.
If you’re new to dog photography, here’s what you can expect.
The Planning
After you book your session, we’ll chat about your plans.
- Who will be in the photos?
- What do you love about your dogs?
- How do you plan to use your images?
This is our chance to get to know one another and get your questions answered.
Plus, we’ll look at your home together and plan images for wall art that best suits your decor and wall space.
The Fun
Like I said, the session is FUN. When you arrive at my 10-acre outdoor studio, getting to know your pup is my first priority. I always take time to help your dog feel comfortable—that’s what makes his personality shine.
If that’s playing with a ball or frisbee, I’ve got it. Belly rubs? I’m on it. Something’s not working, we move on. If he needs space, I’ll ignore him.
Basically, the session is in your dog’s hands (make that paws).
The Unveiling
The big reveal is one of my favorite moments. We’ll meet to review your images and I’ll help you select your favorites.
This is why we create a list of images ahead of time that will fit your decor—to make your life easier during the image selection process.
When your items arrive, they get my thorough quality inspection. Then, you’ll be ready to display artwork of your precious pup you can enjoy every day.

Is dog photography for you?
In other words, is your car covered in dog hair and window slobber?
Because that’s the first indication I’m the one for you.
But, you’ll never hear me say I’m the right photographer for everyone.
I’m definitely not.
In fact, I’m quite particular about the clients I work with. It’s so important to me that we’re on the same page. Only then can I create my very best work for you.
You and I will be a great fit if . . .
- Your dog is a member of your family (and I’ll love on him just like he’s part of my family!)
- You’re looking for a full-service experience. I’ll help you every step of the way with planning your session, what to wear, posing tips, help with image and artwork selection.
- You value quality. The artwork I offer is premium quality, the best available.
- You’re looking for someone who understands your pup. I’m calm, patient, and will give your furry best friend all the time needed to feel comfortable and relaxed!
If that sounds like you, I can’t wait to meet you and your fur family.

Answers to Your Questions
My pup is pretty wild. Will the energy be too much for a photo session?
So many of my clients tell me they’re worried their pup will be too wild and excited for a photo session. Can you relate?
Well, if you work with me, you can cast that worry aside! Let me tell you why…
• 98% of my dog models aren’t obedience champs (and I’ll share tips during your planning call to help you prepare)
• We can start in the fenced-in field where your pup can run and play (and we can get some amazing action shots). It’s our own private dog park!
• Your dog just has to be himself! I work quickly to get the shot, and I have a bunch of tricks up my sleeve that’ll surprise and distract your furry wild child
My dog needs to be on leash. Can we still get great pictures?
Safety’s priority, and for most of my dog clients the leash is an accessory of choice. That’s okay! I’ll work my magic afterward.
I'm not sure how much time I have left with my dog. Can you do a rush session?
If your session is time-sensitive for a dog that’s at the end of his time here on earth, I’ll do everything in my power to rearrange my schedule to get you in for a session. Contact me as soon as possible so we can talk schedules.
My dog’s reactive to other dogs and/or people. Is that a problem?
No problem, it’s just your dog when you’re here for your session. No crowds, no other distractions. And if they aren’t comfortable with me, I keep my distance. My long lens allows me to stay far away and stay out of their bubble.
New people & places make my dog nervous. Can we still get good images?
If your dog is nervous or fearful of new people or new situations or surroundings, I work with him to help him feel at ease.
I totally ignore any dog when they first arrive, and wait until they tell me they’re ready to engage. Or not.
My dog's deaf or blind. How will that work?
I work with your dog to not only help them feel comfortable in a new location, but photograph in a way that celebrates who they are.
How much should I plan to invest for wall art and decor?
During your planning call, I’ll answer any specific questions you have about your options, and help you decide on artwork that will shine in your home. Custom framed prints for your walls start at $975, and keepsake albums and boxes start at $2,975.
